We can support you remotely using Teamviewer's QuickSupport Tool.This is a small downloadable installation. We can only access your computer when you give us explicit permission.
Click on the appropriate link below to go to the Teamviewer downloads page. Then scroll down to to the Download QuickSupport button. Follow the instructions given.
